a lovely evening...

... started with going to a Q&A with Neil Gaiman at the Criterion Theatre which was great - he's genuinely nice, incredibly talented and very witty. In it he mentioned that he's likely to do some more things with the BBC which will be completely fab!

next was a big queue at Waterstones on Piccadilly for a book signing. I got my original copy of Good Omens signed, and thanked him for improving my grammar geekery credentials (for publishing my response in full on his blog to a bit of grammatical neepery). Paul took a couple of photos that I will link to as soon as he puts them up.

then on to Wagamama with some of Paul's friends who were also at the reading (but skipped the signing in favour of food) for lots of green tea and some of the most amazing mango and lychee sorbet in the 'verse.

we finished the evening at Albannach which was lovely (it's on Trafalgar Square, but surprisingly nice and not a tourist in sight).

am a happy bunny.
